So blessed to have been able to spend Christmas with our dear and fabulous friends, Colin, Colleen, Jenn and Mark.
Really, the best present ever. Thank you for coming! We had the greatest time.
Then onto an incredible and beautiful 8 days on the coast with Cohote y Wormaldo. Ringing in the New Year on a beach with our close friends, music all around us, and a sky lit up by fireworks. A magical beginning to a year full of promise, adventure, creativity, kindness and love.

We look forward to what lies ahead and wonder what's next in this crazy Mexican experience of ours. We think about what the roadtrip home will be like, will the Fuego make it, how we'll feel leaving our happy hacienda and the village and people we've come to know and love, how it will be returning to a big city like Toronto, will we still be able to devote lots of time and energy to our art, where will we live, what will we do to make money, and what country do we want to visit next and for how long?
Above all, we get really excited thinking about how we'll finally be able to see and talk to our loved ones on a regular basis again. That will be lovely.
A warm thank you to all who look at the blog and can be a part of our lives, despite the distance. Keep up the comments, we love to read them.
